Destiny: The Horse Heart

Two horses facing each other is an image older than written history. Throughout northern Europe the Magical Nordic M Rune, Ehwaz, was as a stylized image of a horse facing its own reflection. This rune was a Symbol of Trust.

To these ancient people the horse was far more than a just a beast to alleviate the burdens of their lives; The horse was viewed as the Sacred Ambassador to Epona, the Celtic Goddess of Horses, and was believed to walk between the worlds of Men and Divinity.

The connection between the horse and rider is one of Mystic Communication, each "feeling" the other. This bond created between horse and rider is only possible with Mutual Trust and Awareness. This connection was called a "Divine Accord," and the Rune Ehwaz was used as a talisman to strengthen that Trust, Friendship, and Love.

It was not unheard of that a rider would allow the horse to wander freely with Absolute Trust and, guided by the will of Epona, it would bring the rider to their Ultimate Destiny.

The Drunken Dragon
The Gaelic Myth: Every year, when the spring Moon of Beltane is full, two fierce Dragons appeared setting ablaze the kingdoms villages and farms during a tremendous fight… "Open the casks!" the King shouted, "open them all. Hurry men, take a draught for ye selves, and another fer luck, drink fer bravery, to help us survive this hellish night!"

The king ran to the trap. Inside the deep pit was an immense stone vault. Villagers were pouring into it all the honey mead and ale within the kingdom. When the last drop of mead was in the vault, the king ordered the trap to be covered. Soon they heard the Dragons' piercing screams, and saw waves of flames shoot across the sky. Throughout the night the two ancient beasts viciously fought. Finally they landed near the trap. Suddenly one dragon pounced and both tumbled into the pit! The powerful drink soon overwhelmed them. The men sealed the drunken dragons within, ending centuries of terror. The stone chest with the captive dragons was then taken and buried under what is now called Oxford, England's center of knowledge.

Medusa; Greek goddess and feminine symbol

I AM WOMAN, HEAR ME ROAR!

At one time, Medusa was known mostly for her terrifying stare that could turn her victims to stone. But by the beginning of the 20th century, feminists began to take a deeper interest in this mythological creature. They reassessed Medusa's appearance in literature and in modern culture; including the use of Medusa as a logo by fashion company, Versace. The icon of Medusa has since been adopted by many women as a symbol of female rage. In 1978 the cover of Women: A Journal of Liberation featured the image of a Gorgon; described as, "a map to guide us through our terrors, through the depths of our anger into the sources of our power as women." In 1986, the Women of Power magazine featured an article titled, "Ancient Gorgons: A Face for Contemporary Women's Rage". Emily Erwin Culpepper wrote that, "The Amazon Gorgon face is female fury personified. The Gorgon/Medusa image has been rapidly adopted by large numbers of feminists who recognize her as one face of our own rage." For ages, women have been viewed as fragile and dutiful creatures, but we will accept this label no longer. Now our strength, power and rage have a face, and she is Medusa!

The Trident of Poseidon

Poseidon, Greek God of the Ocean known for his Fearsome Power, used his Powerful Trident to stir up Tidal Waves, Tsunamis, and Sea Storms. He was also known as "The Earth Shaker” because when he struck the earth in anger he caused mighty earthquakes and volcanoes.

In our Original design, the trident is the shape of a Titanic Kraken [Giant Squid]; a naturally intelligent and flexible creature having the Magical Powers of Water ....Fluid, Intuitive, and Creative. The Kraken's ability to change color and disappear into a cloud of black ink gives this creature a Mystique of Magic, Wonder, and Transformation. Krakens do not have a spine which accounts for their agility, grace and flexibility. Without much of a solid structure, they're free to "go with the flow." A Squid, as a Spiritual Totem Guide, is a reminder to loosen up, let go of old and calcified habits, and to try something new. The squid's ability to disengage a limb when under attack earns it the right to stand as a symbol of "jettisoning excess baggage!"

It reminds us that our life's journey moves forward when we continue with only what we truly need

The Druid Mermaid

The story of Dahud, a Druid Pagan Princess, tells of how one religion supplanted another in the Ancient world of Pagans and Christians. The daughter of a Christian King and a Druid Sorceress, Dahud was a Pagan and Druid through and through. She was adored by her people as a goddess and leader. Her legend had to be destroyed in the quest to supplant the Druid religion with Christianity. Christians began to alter the old Celtic stories to portray Druidess Heroines [i.e. Knowledgeable Women] and the whole Druid Order as Evil Witches and Sorcerers.

Dahud was portrayed by them as wickedly licentious, a goddess of debauchery, to make her and all Druids seem evil to any potential Christian converts. Dahud was strongly opposed to Christianity, and therefore a Christian legend was created that God had her whole city destroyed by a flood and that she, drowning with her people, was transformed into a Mermaid as she sank beneath the waves thus proving that the Christian God was supreme.

Dahud also symbolizes a rebellion against Christian Masculine authority...The full significance of this becomes clear when one considers her unrestrained, passionate, "licentious" Pagan lifestyle as completely against the restrictive teachings of the Early Church.

The Pagans were more attuned to The Goddess, Mother Nature, and The Ancient Magic of the World. May this A

Satya: The Heart of Truth

Part of the "yogin's" path is to follow "The 8 Limbs of Yoga" as set down in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. The 8 Limbs are: Yama (social ethics), Niyama (personal ethics), Asana (posture, sitting), Pranayama (breath regulation), Pratyahara, (internalization of the senses), Dharana   (focus), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (complete absorption).

"Satya" is one of the "Yamas" that in Sanskrit means truth or truthfulness. The truth that is meant by "Satya" is not just "truth" in the literal sense but means not intending to deceive others in our thoughts, words, or deeds. One must make it a practice to know what the truth is before speaking or writing. Much hurt and pain has been caused by rumor-spreading, gossip, and the fabricated written word.

My representation of "Satya" is the Sanskrit symbol, encircled within a heart. My daily prayer is: Dear (Lord, Mother), please help me to always seek the truth. Please help me to always speak the truth. Please help me to always live my truth.

Let this Amulet guide you to know your own personal truth. What do you believe in? What do you stand for? Are you living your own truth; a life true to your own principles and beliefs?

The Tudor Rose

The British dynasty of the Tudors was symbolized by the Tudor Rose. The rose became truly "Royal" during the English Civil War; “The War of the Roses” (1455-1485). The winner, Tudor Henry VII, merged his Lancastrian White rose with the Red rose of his York bride creating the Tudor Rose, [the petals of a red rose enfolding the petals of a white rose.] This "Rose of England" symbolized Unity and Respect and was worn as a symbol of Loyalty and Allegiance.

The Tudors were able to establish England as a world power by positioning their country as a peace-maker between the dueling powers of France and Spain/the Holy Roman Empire. They also gave England a century of dynastic stability. Most Tudor monarchs came to the throne [and remained on the throne] without strife. This lengthy period of peace allowed England a much-needed respite from the Lancastrian-Yorkist wars. Government ran more efficiently; royal power replaced that of aristocrats and there was a uniform system of justice and taxation throughout the country. And, as always in times of peace, the arts flourished.

A symbol of Hope, Joy, and Creativity.

Triple Celtic Dragons
Throughout history the Dragon has been a symbol of great importance; a symbol of Enlightenment and Spiritual Perfection and of Great Happiness.  This Magical Beast was more often seen as an untamed and unbridled force of nature.      In some mythology, man had to conquer the Dragon to ensure Peace and Tranquility. However the Dragon was also seen by Early Christians as Lucifer, or The Devil; as the evil serpent in the Garden of Eden that must be slain in a battle of good versus evil.  Although the Dragon was viewed with disparity among many cultures, it was always seen as a powerful symbol of great significance.    The Ancient Celts knew the secret powers of the number 3. They used the Triple symbol in such things as the Triple Moon Goddess, their three sided Peace Knot, the Triquetra and many more. Our "Three Dragons" incorporates this Magical Number into an intricate, interwoven threefold pattern. The Three Dragons twist themselves into a Celtic knot creating a powerful symbol of Unity and Protection. The knots and spirals of wings and tails create an exquisite labyrinth of meditative lines. The spiritual Eastern Dragon and the wild and lustful Western Dragon combine with the Neutral third Dragon to bring your Spirit an Enduring, Healing, Wholeness.

Captain Wynne
Myth: Pirate: Captain Wynne. The first Pirate    Little is known in the historic record of the fate of this pirate Captain but Emmanuel Wynne is often given credit for starting the "Jolly Roger" craze around 1700 with his skull and crossbones on a classic black background, accompanied by an hourglass image. The forerunner had been a white cross on a black flag. Wynne began his piratical career raiding English merchantmen off the coast of the Province of Carolina near the end of the 17th century. He later moved to the more profitable waters of the Caribbean attacking both English and Spanish ships.      British Admiralty Records, dated 18 July 1700, report that the HMS Poole, commanded by Captain John Cranby, engaged Wynn's Pirate ship off the Cape Verde islands. Cranby chased Wynn into a cove at Brava Island but, assisted by Portuguese soldiers, Wynn escaped.  Most historians agree that Cranby's account is the first mention of a Jolly Roger, which Cranby described as "a sable ensigne with cross bones, a death's head, and an hour glass." Wynne is believed to be the first pirate to fly the now familiar form of the "Jolly Roger." His flag, showing the distinctive skull and crossbones motif, was augmented with another common pirate symbol: an hourglass meant to signify to his prey that only by timely surrender could they evade death.

The Vampyre: Nosferatu

Although many cultures tell of these creatures’ the closest to our concept of Vampires is the Slavic cultures' Nosferatu. Bram Stokers' Dracula was the pivotal work that evolved into our modern view of the Vampire.         It was believed that a vampire was an unclean Spirit inhabiting a decomposing body; an undead creature, vengeful and jealous of the living, needing the blood of its victims to sustain its existence. Scientists explain that Consumption and Syphilis were rampant in Victorian times and these misunderstood illnesses were often blamed on Vampires and funeral rituals were created to stop a vampire from infecting family members.  Some rituals include a stake driven into the heart of the recently deceased. Sometimes the Heart and Lungs were removed, burnt, and the ashes fed to the sick as a cure all.         Psychologists have proposed that people identify with the immortal vampires "because by doing so they can overcome, at least temporarily their fear of dying". Some subcultures feel that vampires are a gateway to awareness, unlocking the powers of darkness and chaos while bestowing the gift of eternal life.     The current incarnation of the Vampire is centered on the tragic life of the lone, good looking anti-hero, and has become the modern prevailing archetype. This icon of Transformation and New Beginnings symbolizes a life change from feeling powerless and trapped in an endless cycle of meaninglessness and chaos, into a realm of self empowerment and individual control over prevailing obstacles.

The Wolf Moon
The Moon and The Wolf are joined in this talisman to bring Strength, Spirit, Sensuality, and Sublime purpose to your life! The Moon is often thought to represent the Divine Feminine, the Mother Goddess, and the female nature. The Moon shines in the dark time, like a light of awareness glowing in the caverns of the soul. The light of the moon guides us to our intuitive selves; to our deep emotional recesses where spirit reigns, and the mind is hushed. The power of the "Full Moon" amplifies all positive and negative influences of our lives and of our planet.           The ancient peoples understood the Moon's power and in homage, gave a name to each full moon in our calendar. According to Native American culture, January is the month of "The Wolf Moon". It is a cold bleak time when food is scarce, and daylight is overshadowed by long nights. The hungry wolves prowl their territory hoping to find sustenance for cold days ahead. They depend not only on their instincts, but also their intellect to survive the lean times.           The "Wolf Moon" reminds us to draw on the power of wolf medicine and lunar energies. Wolf teaches us to make use of our resources, and not to be wasteful. The wolf teaches us to be discriminate, to trust our senses and our insights. Wolf medicine encourages us to take control of our lives, live in harmony with nature, and live boldly. "Moon Power" enhances our powers of intuition and keeps us in balance with our inner self.

The Spartan Helmet; Warriors Protection

Our "Spartan Helmet" combined with a hidden "Lambda", symbol of Ares the Greek God of War: brings Fighting Strength, Bravery and Endurance to provide Invincibility in any conflict. Spartan Warriors are trained from infancy to be nothing but warriors. Their helmet was not only for Protection but also a tool to intimidate enemies by making the Spartans seem larger and frighteningly imposing. Today the Spartans have become cultural icons as a result of graphic novels, video games and motion pictures, most of which chronicle the Battle of Thermopylae in which 300 Spartan soldiers defeated an army of 200,000 Iranian warriors of the Persian King Xerxes I. Another example of this "Never Say Die" attitude is when King Leonidas of Sparta was warned by an emissary of Xerxes to lay down his weapons, King Leonidas responded with the famous phrase "Come and Get Them".     The Brothers Tsahalis designed this piece with their Spartan heritage guiding them. They hope that it will assist all those whom bear it with the ability to channel their own inner Spartan.      Inside the helmet is the eternal flame that burns within all of us. This flame lights our desire to accomplish a heart's desire, whether that is on the literal battlefield or in the battlefield of life. It helps of overcome all obstacles and lights the way when all seems dark.

The Hoop Goddess: Hestia

This modern day representation of the Greek Goddess, "Hestia" is dedicated to all my fellow "Hoopers". Hestia is known as, "the goddess of the hearth". Her symbol is the circle. Hestia provides the sacred space for the sacred fire. Her hearths were round and her temples were round; symbolic of the ever present circle, protecting the sacred flame!

In very early Greek literature, "The Central Fire", or "Hearth of the Universe", was thought to be the Goddess, Hestia. The hearth flame was felt as a spiritual presence, a living symbol of the Goddess herself.     Finding one's "center", or "sacred space", can bring profound changes to the life experience. When we live and breathe from that place, we can experience being in the center of our self, our world, our universe, and beyond. We can feel "at home" wherever we go, whatever the circumstances. We feel safe and protected, yet connected to all around us. Increased energy, vitality, joy, and peace surround us.

The spiritual journey takes many forms; "Hooping" is one of them.

Bringing the practice of "Hooping" into your life enables you to experience your safe place, but at the same time, frees the soul to reach out from its fiery core and live in the spirit of the "Goddess". Bring Hestia into your life! Feel the fire of your being! Be the center of your universe!

Live. Love. Laugh. Hoop.

kali

The Kali Yantra

412-073

$20

The Hindu Goddess Kali, is known as the goddess of time and change.
She represents the power of  transformation that occurs with the destruction of the ego.
She is the essence of Divine Love to which we surrender, when we begin our journey toward healing
and spiritual growth.      Although the Goddess Kali is a fearful sight, with skin totally black,
four arms, a protruding tongue, and a girdle of human skulls, she is in truth the Divine Mother.
She battles the demons of false consciousness and frees us from the illusion of form.
Transcendence to pure love is then possible.

The Kali Yantra is a symbol combining the transformative energies of Kali,
within the “Yantra”, a geometric symbol used to focus the mind. Drawing, wearing, or concentrating
on this symbol is said to have both spiritual and Magickal Power.
At the center is a small dot, the bindu, point of creation. It also represents Kali,
as Shakti, the activating energy of creation. Surrounding the Bindu are five concentric triangles that
represent the five Koshas. The koshas are the sheaths of the human condition.
The physical sheath is known as, the Annamayakosa ;
the life force is the Pranamayakosa; Manomayakosa is the mental/emotional sheath;
Vijnanmayakosa is wisdom; and Anandamayakosa is Bliss
The two circles are symbols of life and death. The Lotus blossom symbolizes the
eight chakras and the eight principles of Prakriti; the manifesting universe;
earth, air, water, fire, ether, manas Lower mind), buddhi (higher mind), and ahamkara (ego).

The Kali Yantra is a meditative tool used to focus the mind on spiritual growth and union with the Divine.

Captain Henry Every

412-098

$20

Captain Henry Every was the most successful Pirate ever known,
though he only made one voyage as a Pirate Captain!
He plied his "trade" in the late 1600's and most of his wealth came from only two conquered ships
-The Arab ship, the Gang-j-Sawai, and its escort the Fateh Mohamed.

The Mohamed put up little fight but yielded treasure valued at 50,000 pounds sterling.
The Gang-j-Sawai had 62 cannons, 500 musketeers, and 600 passengers!
After a fierce 2 hour battle the "Great Mogul's" ship surrendered.
Its treasure was a Pirate's dream: 500,000 pieces of Silver and Gold, many Jewels
and a saddle set with rubies meant as a gift for the Great Mogul.

After this Great Plunder, Captain Every tried to retire in the Bahamas
but the Great Mogul used his power to put a bounty on all of Every's men
and threatened to cut off all trade with the East India Company.
The result was they were not welcome.

Purchasing a small sloop, they made their way back to Ireland
where Every slipped away and retired a wealthy man.
It is also told that he Every was cheated by the merchants he was dealing with
and he was soon reduced to begging for food and dying without the price of a coffin.

Whether he died rich or poor
it is certain that the taking of the Gang-i-Sawai and Every's resulting celebrity
inspired quite a few to turn to a life of piracy.

nagini
Nagini –Snake Goddess

412-069

$20

The Nagas of India are powerful, magickal, semi-divine, snake-spirits.
They are half-serpent, half-human. They reside in an underground kingdom called, Bhagavati,
meaning “rich in treasure”.
Nagas and Naginis (female snake-spirits), use magick and have supernatural powers.
They are spiritual beings, one of which provided comfort and safety to The Buddha, during long periods of meditation.

Psychologically, Nagas symbolize spiritual seekers.
Magickally, they come to the aid of other beings, who are sincere seekers,
helping them discover the hidden treasures of the spirit.
Nagas will help keep sincere beings on their spiritual path.
This can lead to material treasures as well. Sincerity is the key.

In the tradition of Mahayana Buddhism,
it is stated that The Lotus Sutra was written in the time of the Buddha (500BCE)
and kept secret for 500 years in the realm of the Dragons, or Nagas.

Our Nagini symbolizes the snake-spirit who preached this dharma to all living beings.
A sense of Timelessness and the inconceivable are woven in The Lotus Sutra,
with reference to the cosmological order, and the realms of gods, devas, dragons and other mythological beings.
Considered to be one of the highest teachings, it is implied that full Buddhahood
can only be attained by exposure to the truths expressed within The Lotus Sutra.

Wear “The Nagini” keep to your spiritual path and enjoy the treasures this brings to your life!

Captain Kitty

412-097

$20
Captain Kidd the famous "Pirate," who sailed from Massachusetts in the mid 1500's
and buried a vast treasure on Gardiner Island near Long Island,
might never have survived if not for his cat. Cats were invaluable aboard the sailing ships of yore.
The cats on board kept the valuable food stuff from being spoiled by rats that
infested every ship that ever sailed! With out the Captains Cat the sailors
would be in danger of getting sick from rat droppings or infected with vile rat-born sickness.
Pirates were also a superstitious lot. During this time seamen considered
the possession of black cats good luck. It was a common practice for
the loved ones of a merchant marine to keep a black cat in the house while he was at sea.
It was believed that so long as the cat was well fed and kept safe from harm,
nothing would happen to the mariner. Sailors also kept cats on board ships to bring them Good Luck.
If a cat was thrown overboard, a storm would rise and very bad luck would follow .
Cats with extra toes were always a good thing on board ships.
Sailors were long-known to especially value these cats for their extraordinary
climbing and hunting abilities as an aid in controlling shipboard rodents.
Some sailors also considered them to be extremely good luck when at sea.
Today, such cats are found throughout England and the Eastern Seaboard of the United States!

The Valknut

412-074

$20

The central triangles are called "The Valknut, The Knot of the Fallen"-a Sacred Symbol to Odin,
King of the Nordic Gods. This Magical Knot was self carved into the breasts of
wounded Viking Warriors so their Souls would be carried, by the Valkyries, to Valhalla,
the Heavenly Meeting Hall where the heroes would feast with their Gods forever.
However one would be mistaken to associate this symbol solely with the bloody Vikings.
Norse legends harken back to a long forgotten age where…"Life was considered the 'battlefield' of the Soul,
and to triumphant one had to overcome the forces of darkness in one's own life, allowing the Spirit to shine.

Surrounding the Valknut is a ring with 9 points, symbolic of Odin's Magic Ring.
Nine is described in ancient Norse texts as a Magical Number, a number of Grand Cycles,
and  Completion and Closure, This Magical Ring was laid on the funeral pyre of Odin's son,
Baldr (the sun), and represents Reincarnation.

This pendant leads the wearer's Higher Self to Victory over Darkness,
and to balance the triple triangles of Mind, Body, and Spirit bringing Resurrection and Rebirth.

Epona - Celtic Horse Goddess
approx. 1 1/4 "h x 1"w

412-096
$20.00

Throughout ancient times, the horse was the most Sacred and Honored of creatures.
Thought to be a bridge between the material and spiritual world,
the horse represents an intuitive bond between the two realms.
The trust between the rider and horse was considered a divine marriage,
and it was common to let the horse wander freely,
leading the rider to adventure of Destiny.
The threefold images of the horse symbolize different aspects of belief
revered throughout the Celtic tribes.
First is that of the horse, intelligent and independent. The horse has a mind of its own,
and proves this time and time again to those who try to impose their will upon it.
The second horse denotes the human aspect. How one treats and
interacts with the horse shows the nature of the individual. This deep bonding often
reveals the true character of those in relation with the horse.
The third image symbolizes the horse as Divine Consciousness-a link to
"Epona, the Celtic Goddess of all Equines." Epona translates as 'Divine Horse'
and it is said that she and her horses 'lead the soul' to your
preordained Destiny and brings Divine Help in hours of need.

Aegishjalmur - Invincibility In Battle Rune
approx. 1 1/4 "h x 1 "w

412-094
$20.00

Binding Rune Helm of Awe: Aegishjalmur: Invincibility in Battle-
Aegishjalmur is an Icelandic 'stave' bringing Incredible Protection and Invincibility in Battle.
A "stave" is a rune that is repeated eightfold, radiating power in all directions.
In this case it is a stave of the Algiz rune from the Younger Futhark, symbolic of the elk's main weapon
its' protective horns. On the top left of the outer rim, we see the rune known as Wolfsangel.
This mostly unknown rune derives from a device used for trapping and killing
wolves. With the danger averted, this rune became symbolic of
Order over Chaos or Freedom from Oppression.
Engraved in the outer rim are many bind runes (runes of two or more in combination).
All designed with protection in mind. For example, the first bind rune at the top right
is that of THURISAZ and TEIWAZ, the runes sacred to the gods Thor and Tyr (Jupiter and Mars).
Thurisaz' magical meaning is that of passive defense, symbolized by the thorn plant.
Several of the bind runes are 'words of power,' such as RIK and FANG.
Fang is a combination of the FEHU, ANSUZ, and ING runes,
and the magicians of old called on this word of power to break bonds, physical or mental.
Rik is a word of power made of RAIDO, ISA, and KEN runes.
The scaled portions on the rim of the pendant are stylized reptilian armor,
one of the most evolved forms of nature's protection on this world.
This pendant is designed to protect the wearer from all conceivable forms of attack,
bringing Invincibility in Battle.

$20.00

Victory in Battle is achieved when this Magical Runic design re-directs
your enemy's attack back to its source.
The "Helm of Awe" is an "Icelandic stave design," a rune that is empowered eightfold around
a central point. The Rune is the MANNAZ rune .
the rune of Expansion and Growth, of New Beginnings and Re-birth, a rune of Humanity.
It represents both male and female energy that links with man at his most fundamental level.
It is the rune of assistance and team work.
This Powerful, Magical symbol was worn in ancient Europe quite extensively,
most often as an amulet suspended over the Third Eye, or
engraved into a headpiece over the third eye, but also on saddles, weapons and pendants.
It was thought to dazzle assailants with its natural motion,
giving the wearer protection and time to react.
In the center circle of this pendant is also an Icelandic binding rune
that is said to Repel any Harmful Energy back to its source bringing Victory in any kind of Battle.

The Unity Amulet
actual size 1 1/4" x 1"
412-083
$20.00
Designed by Linda S. Holler
exclusively for Pepi and Company

The Unity symbol represents the sacred doorway which opens
when two souls embrace. Entering this doorway is always a challenge.
We encounter different ideas, different values, and different likes and dislikes.
It often feels as if we've entered a different world.
The experience can be overwhelming. It can cause us to run back to the safe place of oneness,
where we understand the world and feel safe.
But often oneness is a lonely place where nothing grows and life may be predictable, but stagnant.
The Unity symbol reminds us that one plus one always yields something greater,
while one multiplied by it self will always remain the same.
Entering the sacred doorway yields an opportunity for growth, acceptance, and honoring
one another in peace and in love.
In your personal relationships, work relationships, and your relationship to the world,
the key is to practice Unity. The two overlapping circles form the almond-shaped,
vesica piscis, at the center.
The vesica piscis is often called "the womb of the Goddess", where creation takes place.
Within the center is the triad, the three linked circles.
The triad represents resolution to conflict; two opposites and a neutral for binding,
balancing, and a transforming presence.

Wear the Unity amulet to encourage peaceful and harmonious relationships to enter your life.

Armanen Rune Set
800-030
$20.00
designed by Kano Diebitsch

The Armanen rune set was originally developed by Guido Von List (1848-1919),
and he claimed them to be a rediscovery of the primal Ancient Magical Runes.
These runes came to List in a vision while he was temporarily blind.

The most original concept in his rune set is List’s claim that his 18 runes
correspond to the “18 Magical Spells”
spoken by the Norse god Odin.
In the old poem, Havamal, "the high ones words”, Odin speaks of 18 spells to
avert any woe in the struggles of life.
There are spells for Victory in War, Healing, Marriage, Protection in Battle,
and so forth.
Guidance by these runes maintains a healthy, balanced way of being,
in accordance with the rest of Creation,
a harmony between Man and Nature.
On the front of our original Magical Amulet, is the Mother Rune,
Hagal, in the Tree of Life form.

The 18 "blooms” around the branches of the Tree correspond to
the 18 runes.
"Follow the laws of nature, and harmonious growth is the reward."
The back of the amulet has the runes laid around the
World Tree map of Yggdrasil,
showing the nine halls of the gods, or the nine dimensions.
The central world in the tree is Midgardh (middle garden), where we exist
and where all things are possible.
This Magical Amulet is designed to bring the wearer all the benefits
of the individual runes,
and to bring ones Being into Harmony with Nature, ensuring a
Happy, Healthy life, and to bring
Balance, Strength and Longevity to ones life.

The Flower of Aphrodite
412-084
$20.00
Designed by Linda S. Holler
exclusively for Pepi and Company

The Flower of Aphrodite represents the powerful magic of love and sexuality
associated with the Greek Goddess "Aphrodite";
also known as "Venus" in Roman mythology. Aphrodite is best
known as the Goddess of Love,
but her real magic is about transformation.
The passion of two lovers, uniting as God and Goddess, comes from
the power of Aphrodite.
The muse-like qualities of Aphrodite keep the creative flow of
the artist in motion.
She attracts us with both romantic love and sexual passion.
She has the power to transform the mundane into something sacred.
Although we are helpless while under her influence, we crave the heightened
senses and emotional
bliss we feel when Aphrodite steps into our lives.
The Flower of Aphrodite is made up of six vesica piscis, almond shaped forms
which represent the yoni, or female genitalia.
The number six represents equilibrium, harmony, and balance.
Six was known to the Ancients as the sexual number and was sacred to Aphrodite.
The Flower of Aphrodite was used as a fertility amulet because of these associations.
The cobweb shape surrounding the vesica piscis represents the lure and the
trap of the Goddess Aphrodite.
Sometimes the Goddess weaves a web of intricate circumstances, to bring
two lovers together in blissful ecstasy.
Sometimes the Goddess traps us helplessly in unrequited love
with all its painful lessons!
But without Aphrodite's magic, we can't experience the passion and joys
that the mysteries of the heart bring;
some to make us human, others to experience the god and
goddess within us.
Wearing this amulet will invite the power of The Goddess
of Love into your life.
Wear it to rekindle love, find new love, as a fertility amulet, and as an
inspiration for the creative process.

The Fairy Shield
412-081
$20.00
Designed by Linda S. Holler
exclusively for Pepi and Company

All women are representations of the Triple-Goddess, no matter which
face we choose to show to the world. We have a symbiotic relationship with the
Goddess from the moment of our birth. The Triple Goddess imagery of maiden, mother,
and crone has been present in many cultures, but was solidly honored by the Celtic peoples.
The Goddesses worshipped by the Celts are said to belong to a race known
as the Tuatha De Danann, or "people of the Goddess Dana."
Celtic myth tells us the Tuatha De Danann employed their Magick to shield
themselves from earthly strife and chose to reside in the spiritual realm,
or Faery kingdoms of Ireland. "The Celtic Faery Shield" is a symbol
of this very powerful, Goddess inspired Magick.

The Faery Shield is a symbol of the trinity of the Divine Feminine.
It is made up of three interlaced Vesica Piscis which represent the "yoni" or female genitals.
The gateless design prevents the entrance of negative energies.
It is furthered strengthened by the Circle; the primary feminine symbol representing sacred space.

This symbol of the three yonis was called the triquetra by the Celts.
The Celts honored the number three and its connection to the Goddess.
We honor the Virgin Goddess for coming of age, making life changes, and new beginnings.
We honor and petition the Mother Goddess when we wish to become pregnant,
are ready to give birth, and to bless the newborn and all other children and grandchildren.
We honor the Crone for our celebrations of menopause, transformation,
deep wisdom, and the ending of relationships.
Wear the Faery Shield to honor the Celtic woman within you:
"she recognizes her spiritual links to all living things. Her true weapons are her wisdom
and self-confidence. Her strength is in her willingness to learn and grow.
Her inner peace comes from her sense of place in creation, and her recognition that she
carries a spark of the Goddess within her at all times."

The Spear of Odin

412-085
$20.00
designed by Kano Diebitsch
exclusively for Pepi and Company

Irminsul, a Cosmic Tree symbol, was Sacred to the Saxons of Ancient Europe.
Equated with Yggdrasil, the World Tree of the Norse,
the symbol once existed in Northern Germany but was destroyed by early
Christians under orders of Charlemagne in 772 AD.
The only surviving image of Irminsul was reportedly carved into the
rock formations of the "externsteine," a huge natural rock formation long
used as a Pagan Holy Site: often described as mainland Europe's "Stonehenge."
On the trunk of this Cosmic Tree is the 'GAR' rune, seen only
in the Anglo-Saxon runic alphabet. Gar is the last rune, and means 'Spear.'
More accurately, it refers to "Gungnir," Odin's Magical Spear; a Dwarven Magical
Weapon given to Odin by Loki. Related to Thor's Hammer, the Spear never misses its mark,
and always returns to Odin's hand.
Gungnir was also considered to be the Cosmic Pillar,
an axis linking the various Realms of the Universe: the Heavens and the Underworld.
Its magical meaning is the stable reference point,
which is at once all around, internal, external, micro and macrocosmic;
the beginning and the end of all things.
Gar was used as a magical word for bringing magic into being,
such as the phrases 'ka!' and 'abracadabra.'
The power of this symbol offers the protective and defensive qualities of this
Magical Spear to those who defend and support nature's cause.
